Our Organic coffee comes from Chiapas, Mexico under the name Ki, meaning tasty, and Saya, meaning nature in Mayan. This coffee is produced by a largely indigenous population who farm organically by default. The community here aims to produce amazing coffee that not only gives back to producers, but to the sustainable management of the land.
