Our Organic coffee hails from the dizzying heights of Nariño, Colombia - close to the Ecuadoran border. Coffee is grown in the lands surrounding the town of Buesaco, and the cherries are picked and fermented overnight to give them their distinct sweetness and intensity. This Organic coffee is delicately roasted to highlight these intrinsic regional characteristics, and the result is a clean, balanced and versatile coffee.
