About Brazil Fazenda Campestre Nº 109

Fazenda Campestre is home to a working dairy as well as a successful coffee farm. As part of the larger Minasul Coffee Grower’s Co-operative, Campestre has become a popular single farm within the group. The inherent flavour profiles produced here are in many ways classic, think cocoa, roasted nuts and brown sugars. But there is also a subtle acidity, and red fruit sweetness that elevates this particular farm above what is typically expected of Brazilian coffees.
