What are Rave rewards?
Rave rewards is our free rewards program that lets you earn points on all your product purchases, social shares and customer referrals and then redeem your points for rewards like discount vouchers or free products. There are four tiers, and when you unlock a higher tier you can earn points faster and get additional rewards.
How do I join and is it free?
Yes, joining Rave rewards club is completely free! You just have to create an account or sign in if you already have one. Remember to sign in whenever you order so you can earn points. Note that only customers with accounts can be part of Beans With Benefits program; you will not earn any points if you check out as a guest.
Can I use my points with other discounts?
Unfortunately not, you can only use one discount code at a time.
How do I spend my points?
You'll see options to redeem your points in your account area. You can redeem your beans for £5, £10 & £25 vouchers.
How long are my perks active?
Perks need to be redeemed within 6 months (except the factory tour which is yearly). Your VIP tier will reset annually on the anniversary of the account opening.
How can I check my points balance?
You must be logged in to your account to see your rewards balance.
How do I refer a friend?
Click the blue rewards icon to refer a friend in the dashboard. You will also get a shareable link in your order confirmation email.
How do I know when my friend has purchased?
We will notify you by email and you can see the number of your referred friends who make a purchase from your Beans With Benefits Portal.
Can I refer more than one person?
Yes! You can refer as many people as you like, each time they make their first purchase you'll receive a reward! Get sharing!

GET STARTEDRewards points and perks have no cash value and must be redeemed at checkout in the form of a unique code. Rewards points or perks for individuals can be terminated at any time at our discretion. We reserve the right to cancel the rewards program at any time and nullify the value of the points or perks that were issued. Rewards points or perks that are used accidentally can be reversed and placed back into customer accounts. Rewards and perks are tracked via customer email addresses, and there is a limit of one rewards account per customer. Points or perks cannot be shared or transferred between customers. Reward perk tiers reset each year on your anniversary of joining the program, you must earn your way through the tiers each year to unlock the perks and rewards granted per tier. Rewards points expire after 180 days of no further purchases, you will receive reminder emails before this happens. Rewards are not available for wholesale accounts.
