CONTENT MARKETING MANAGER

We are looking to recruit a Content Marketing Manager to join the marketing team.

At Rave Coffee, our mission is to make great coffee accessible to everyone. With our online store and subscription offerings, combined with a straightforward, no-nonsense approach to coffee education, we make it easy for you to become a coffee whizz kid in no time. Plus, we give back with every cup through our 1% for the Planet commitment.

We have a small, dynamic marketing team and we need a Content Marketing Manager to spearhead our campaign and content efforts as part of the next stage of our rapid growth. We’re looking for someone ready to make their mark in a growing brand, leveraging your creativity and expertise to deliver amazing results and build an outstanding company. You’ll have an entrepreneurial spirit, be comfortable getting stuck into any task, and think creatively to solve problems.

The main aspects of the role will cover all of the usual suspects:

• Content Strategy: Developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our brand’s mission and goals.
• Campaign Management: Leading the creation, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Content Creation: Crafting compelling, high-quality content, including blog posts, newsletters, and more.
• Brand Voice: Ensuring all content adheres to our brand voice and values, making complex coffee knowledge simple and fun.
• Analytics: Using data to measure the success of content and campaigns and refining strategies based on insights.
• Collaboration: Working closely with the e-commerce, design, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive brand experience.
• Innovation: Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and bringing fresh ideas to the table to keep our content ahead of the curve.

You’ll need solid experience in most of these areas to hit the ground running.

 Important to note:

Our office is based in Cirencester (it's a very cool office).

This is a full-time, office-based role with the potential for some flexibility.

Pay is competitive and dependent on experience.
