We source our Rare coffees from small, independent farmers who are passionate about producing the best possible coffee. We then roast them lightly and delicately to best showcase the individuality of these micro-lots. This means that our Rare coffees are best enjoyed black, with slow filter brew methods like pour-over or French press.
