What Coffee goes into a Rave Coffee Pod

For our range of coffee we use Arabica and Robusta coffee beans. We start with green coffee and either light roast or dark roast it. The team then perfectly grinds the roasted coffee, preparing it for coffee pods. We offer a variety of coffee, including blends and single origin coffee. You can buy them as a coffee subscription or bagged individually. We also sell coffee beans online and also ground coffee, with free delivery across the UK.

Compostable Nespresso Pods

RAVE creates its pods from bio-based, cornstarch materials, making them 100% home compostable. The compostable coffee capsules will break down in about 90 days. Natural heat will turn the coffee pod into compost.

How long does it take for compostable coffee pods to decompose?

You can place your pods in any compost bin. If you meet the perfect compost conditions, the pods will break down in approximately 90 days. If you don't manage the home compost perfectly, it may take a little longer for it to decompose.
