Delivery & Returns

Free delivery is to UK only and sent Royal Mail 2nd Class. *To qualify for this you must have spent £25 after any discount is applied; offer does not apply to money spent on gift subscriptions.

Here at Rave we want the coffee to arrive to you as fresh as possible.  With that in mind we check and print our orders every morning, at 8 am, and make up our daily roast schedule accordingly.  We aim to despatch all orders placed before 8am the very same day.  

We roast 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, from 8am - 5pm

Items will be posted to the address received during your checkout process.  

Delivery Charges

Roasted coffee shipping charges:
Parcels up to 3 kg will be sent via Royal Mail and the price will be calculated during checkout.
Parcels over 3 kg are usually sent via Parcel Force. (Contact us if you require confirmation)

Coffee Subscription sent Royal Mail 2nd Class.

UK Delivery is Free for orders over £25  

Coffee Machines and Grinders: 
Postage and packaging will be quoted at time of order and may not qualify for free delivery. 

Please note that Royal Mail will not class an item as lost or missing for 15 working days but please get in touch if you have not received your order within 7 working days of dispatch

International

International postage is calculated at checkout. 

For International orders over 2kg or International Subscriptions please contact us directly to obtain a postal quote.

If you would like to guarantee your delivery please request a quotation on this.  We cannot guarantee delivery if you have not selected this option.

Damaged or Incorrect orders

If for any reason your order is incorrect or damaged then Rave Coffee offers a replace or refund policy, please contact us to arrange return of the goods. 

Change of mind

If you have changed your mind and the items are unsuitable then please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the goods to arrange a refund.  You will incur the carriage charge for return of the goods.  Please note that refunds are subject to the provided goods being in perfect, unused and complete in their unopened original packaging.  Please allow 14 working days for this process.  

All shipping back to Rave Coffee is to be paid for by the customer.  We recommend that your carrier gives you a ‘proof of delivery’ as Rave Coffee cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
