This coffee is named after producer Elver Coronel, who sources cherry from his own farm, La Flor, and nearby growers. He processes all the coffee himself—pulping, washing, and drying it—taking on both the risks and costs upfront while paying his neighbours immediately. His skill and scale give him access to global markets and better prices. This washed lot ferments overnight as whole fruit, is pulped the next morning, then fermented for 48–72 hours and dried on raised beds for up to 14 days.

Ash says...

This coffee shines as a short espresso-based drink. A cortado with cow's or oat milk.
