Single origin coffee vs blend. Blends are beans that are combined from several origins to combine the flavour profiles of each where as single origin is from a specific producer, crop, or region resulting in an unaltered flavour profile.

How is single origin coffee processed?

Our single origin coffees are processed in several ways - washed, natural, honey, wet hulled, extended fermentation and anaerobic fermentation.

How is single origin coffee roasted?

We roast our single origin coffee specifically for each using our Loring coffee roaster, at our UK based roastery, in order to bring out certain characteristics from the coffee. This varies in light, medium and dark roasts.
