Discover a selection of unique coffee bean blends, roasted to be rich and delicious, balanced, and full flavoured for that perfect cup of coffee. We create blends by mixing different single-origin coffee which gives a more complex flavour than a single estate alone. When you buy from our online coffee shop we roast it fresh, by hand, in small batches.

What is a coffee blend?
A coffee blend is two or more coffees that have been mixed together either before or after they are roasted. At RAVE we blend coffee to create unique flavours that you can't achieve from single-origin coffee alone. We blend to create coffee that will perform better across a variety of brewing methods. By making changes to the blend we can keep it consistent throughout the season as the coffee crop ages or changes year on year.

Arabica coffee blends

At first, we get to know the individual flavours that go into the blend. We then adjust the percentages to highlight and balance flavours or to add complexity and body to the overall blend. We mainly use 100% Arabica coffee in our blends although the Italian blend contains a small amount of high-quality robusta to provide a full-bodied cup.
