    FARM NOTES:

Washing station manager, Niyigena Joseph, receives coffee cherry from a local farmer's cooperative. This particular lot is made up only from the cherry delivered by female smallholders. There is lots of natural fruit flavour, which is common in East African coffees, and this is well balanced by intense sweetness and a long finish.

Espresso brewing will really highlight the sticky sweet textures and make for a naturally very sweet shot with a long finish. If you like to add milk, this will create a more pudding-like flavour. If you like the sound of the fresh fruit notes - a black filter style coffee will highlight these better.
