What should I do if I’m not sure of their email address?
Unfortunately we can’t change the email address after the order has been processed. We do have our gift cards available if this may work better.
Is postage included in the price?
Yes! We offer free shipping for any of our Roastery’s Choice subscriptions which is sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked service and you should receive it within 1-2 days after despatch.
Can the recipient change to another one of your coffees?
Absolutely! This works just like credit on their account so if they choose to go with another one of our coffee’s they can amend this at any time on their portal which they’ll receive until the credit runs out.
Can changes be made to the subscription without calling you?
Yes, you can. Our customers can log in via their own “Customer Portal” where they have full control to amend grind type, frequency etc at their convenience.
Will I be charged again after the selected duration?
No, this is a one off payment that will be added as credit to the recipient’s account. Once the credit has been used the recipient will need to add their own card to their account if they choose to continue their subscription.
What will the recipient be able to choose from?
Once the recipient gets the email about being gifted the product they will then be directed to our website where they will be directed to choose between our Roastery’s Choice Traditional (medium - dark roasts) or Discovery (light - medium roasts), they will then be able to select the right grind for their brewing method and their preferred delivery date. From there the subscription will be set up on their account to make any changes.
Will I know when the recipient redeems the gift?
Of course! We’ll send you an email so you know when the gift has been claimed as well as any reminders if the gift has yet to be redeemed.
