COMMON QUESTIONS
Do you offer gift wrapping service?
Yes, we do - but with a difference. We place the gift within a drawstring bag instead of traditional gift wrap, we felt this was an extra gift and is more environmentally friendly.
We can attach a gift tag with a custom gift message for you. This service is added under order note in the cart . If it is not gift wrapped, but you would like us to leave out the invoice, please leave a note in the order note box.
How can I send the VR Bundle as a gift?
Just place the order as usual. If you want the gift to be sent direct to the recipient then ensure the shipping address is changed to their address. If you need to add a gift message to the order simply include the gift message you want in the 'add a note' section during checkout. Gift wrapping can also be added at a price.
We do not include any paperwork or pricing in any of our deliveries.
Will the VR Goggles work with my phone?
To be able to use the VR goggles you will require a smart phone. They are compatible with both iPhone and Android devices.
Can I choose different grinds for each of the bags in the bundle?
Unfortunately we are not able offer the bundle in different grind types.
The VR content is not working on my phone
To access the VR content you will need to scan the VR code on the bag label. Follow the link to load the content on your mobile device. To start the video press play, click on the VR goggle icon and then rotate your device and place into the headset.
If you are still having trouble, ensure that your 'orientation lock' is toggled to off and 'motion control' is enabled. You should be prompted to 'Allow' both when trying to view the content for the first time on your device.
