Terms and Conditions for IKAWA GO Home Roaster Giveaway – August 2026

1. General

1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in our IKAWA GO Home Roaster Giveaway ("Giveaway") hosted by Rave Coffee ("we", "us", or "our").

1.2 By entering the Giveaway, participants ("you" or "entrant") agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.3 The Giveaway is subject to the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the English courts.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The Giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.

2.2 Employees, contractors or affiliates of Rave Coffee, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.

2.3 Proof of eligibility may be required, including but not limited to proof of age and residence.

3. Entry Requirements

3.1 Entry into the Giveaway is automatic for:

a) all customers with an active Rave Coffee subscription; and
b) customers who place a qualifying order on our website during the Promotional Period.

3.2 Qualifying orders include one-off purchases, new subscription orders and recurring subscription orders processed during the Promotional Period.

3.3 No purchase is necessary to enter. Individuals who do not place a qualifying order may enter the Giveaway free of charge by subscribing to receive our marketing emails using this competition-specific link – https://manage.kmail-lists.com/subscriptions/subscribe?a=QyMTbU&g=XbiAvx – during the Promotional Period.

3.4 Each individual is entitled to one (1) entry only, regardless of the number of purchases made, subscriptions held or methods of entry used.

3.5 Cancelled, refunded, fraudulent or duplicate entries will be void and will not be eligible for entry.

3.6 Orders placed via our wholesale website or Amazon store do not qualify for automatic entry. Customers placing orders through these channels may still enter free of charge using the free entry mechanic outlined above.

4. Promotional Period

4.1 The Giveaway will run from 7am (GMT+1) on Wednesday 12th August 2026 until 7am (GMT+1) on Thursday 13th August 2026 ("Promotional Period").

4.2 Only qualifying purchases completed, or free entries submitted, during the Promotional Period will be considered for entry.

5. Prize

5.1 There is one (1) prize available to be won. The winner will receive:

One (1) IKAWA GO Home Coffee Roaster. The roaster is brand new and unused but may be removed from its original packaging for photography and to carry out a basic check that the product and its contents appear to be in good working order.
One (1) Rave Coffee Home Roaster Green Coffee Selection pack.

5.2 The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative.

5.3 We reserve the right to substitute any element of the prize with another of equal or greater value in exceptional circumstances.

5.4 The prize will be delivered free of charge to a valid mainland UK address provided by the winner. The winner is responsible for ensuring their delivery details are accurate. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided.

5.5 This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with IKAWA Ltd or any of its affiliated companies. IKAWA is not responsible for the administration of the Giveaway, the selection of the winner or the fulfilment of the prize.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

6.1 One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within 7 days of the Promotional Period ending.

6.2 The winner will be notified via email within 48 hours of selection using the email address provided during purchase or entry.

6.3 If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.

6.4 The winner's surname and county may be made available upon request in accordance with applicable promotional marketing regulations. Participants may object to this by contacting us at the email address below.

7. Data Protection

7.1 Any personal data provided by participants will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7.2 Data will be used for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and, where an entrant has separately consented to receive marketing communications, for those marketing purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 We accept no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed or incomplete due to technical issues or other reasons beyond our control.

8.2 We are not liable for any loss, damage or injury incurred as a result of accepting or using the prize, except for liability which cannot be excluded by law.
