Terms and Conditions for Samsung Frame 55" TV Giveaway
1. General 1.1 These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern participation in The Mandalorian Giveaway ("Giveaway") hosted by Rave Coffee ("we", "us", or "our").
1.2 By making a purchase during the Promotional Period, participants ("you" or "entrant") agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.3 The Giveaway is subject to the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the English courts.
2. Eligibility 2.1 The Giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or older at the time of purchase. 2.2 Employees, contractors, or affiliates of Rave Coffee, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter. 2.3 Proof of eligibility may be required, including but not limited to proof of age and residence.
3. Entry Requirements 3.1 Purchase is necessary to enter the Giveaway. 3.2 To enter, participants must complete a purchase on our website during the Promotional Period specified in section 4.1. 3.3 Eligible purchases include one-off orders, new subscription orders, and recurring subscription orders processed during the Giveaway Period. 3.4 Only one completed purchase made within the Promotional Period will be eligible for entry. 3.5 Cancelled, refunded, or fraudulent orders will be void and not eligible for entry. 3.6 Orders placed via our wholesale website or Amazon store will not be eligible for entry.
4. Promotional Period 4.1 The Giveaway will run from 7:00am (GMT+1) on Thursday 11th June 2026 until 7:00am (GMT+1) on Friday 12th June 2026 ("Promotional Period"). 4.2 Only purchases completed during the Promotional Period will be considered for entry.
5. Prize(s) 5.1 There is one (1) prize available to be won consisting of one Samsung Frame 55" TV. 5.2 The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative. 5.3 We reserve the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or higher value in exceptional circumstances. 5.4 The prize will be delivered free of charge to a valid mainland UK address provided by the winner. The winner is responsible for ensuring their delivery details are accurate. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided. 5.5 This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Samsung Electronics or any of its affiliated companies. Samsung is not responsible for the administration of the Giveaway, the selection of the winner, or the fulfilment of the prize.
6. Winner Selection and Notification 6.1 One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within 7 days of the Promotional Period ending. 6.2 The winner will be notified via email within 48 hours of selection using the email address provided during purchase. 6.3 If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner. 6.4 The winner's surname and county may be made available upon request in accordance with applicable promotional marketing regulations. 7. Data Protection 7.1 Any personal data provided by participants will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 7.2 Data will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
8. Limitation of Liability 8.1 We accept no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, or incomplete due to technical issues or other reasons beyond our control. 8.2 We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred as a result of accepting the prize, except for liability which cannot be excluded by law.
9. Changes and Termination 9.1 We reserve the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the Giveaway or these Terms at any time if circumstances beyond our control make this unavoidable. 9.2 Any changes will be communicated to entrants as soon as reasonably possible.
10. Governing Law 10.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. 10.2 Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
