Terms and Conditions for Free Shipping, May 2026
1. General 1.1 These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the free shipping promotion (“Offer”) provided by Rave Coffee (“we”, “us” or “our”). 1.2 By placing an order during the Promotional Period using the applicable code, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 1.3 The Offer is subject to the laws of England and Wales and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
2. Eligibility 2.1 The Offer is available to all customers aged 18 years or over. 2.2 The Offer is valid online only at our online store: https://ravecoffee.co.uk . 2.3 The Offer is not valid on wholesale orders and does not apply to purchases made via the Rave Coffee wholesale website: https://wholesale.ravecoffee.co.uk/ or our Amazon webstore . 2.4 We reserve the right to refuse the Offer where eligibility requirements are not met.
3. Offer Details 3.1 Customers who place an eligible online order during the Promotional Period using the code FREEDELIVERY24 will receive free standard shipping on their order. 3.2 The Offer applies to first subscription orders only. 3.3 The Offer does not apply to recurring subscription orders. 3.4 The Offer does not apply to Coffee Club subscriptions, as free shipping is already included in this product offering. 3.5 The Offer applies to standard shipping only and excludes any upgraded delivery services. 3.6 The Offer has no cash value and no cash alternative is available.
4. Promotional Period 4.1 The Offer is valid from 7:00am (GMT+1) on Friday 29th April 2026 to 7:00pm (GMT+1) on Saturday 30th April 2026 (“Promotional Period”). 4.2 Orders placed before or after the Promotional Period are not eligible for the Offer, regardless of delivery date.
6. Delivery 6.1 The Offer applies to standard delivery only. 6.2 Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. 6.3 Standard delivery terms and conditions apply.
7. Limitation of Liability 7.1 We accept no responsibility for technical failures or system errors which may prevent use of the Offer. 7.2 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability which cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.
8. Changes and Termination 8.1 We reserve the right to cancel, amend, suspend or withdraw the Offer or these Terms at any time where reasonably necessary. 8.2 Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication.
9. Governing Law 9.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. 9.2 Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
