Terms and Conditions for Rave Custom Playstation 5 Giveaway
1. General 1.1 These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the participation in giveaways ("Giveaway") hosted by Rave Coffee ("we", "us", or "our"). 1.2 By entering the Giveaway, participants ("you" or "entrant") agree to be bound by these Terms. 1.3 The Giveaway is subject to the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of English courts.
2. Eligibility 2.1 The Giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. 2.2 Employees, contractors, or affiliates of Rave Coffee, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter. 2.3 Proof of eligibility may be required, including but not limited to proof of age and residence.
3. Entry Requirements 3.1 Purchase is necessary to enter the Giveaway apart from those detailed in 3.4. 3.2 To enter, participants must make a purchase of any products on Rave Coffee's website by 07:00 GMT on 29th March 2025. 3.3 Any entries that are incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent will be void. 3.4 Anyone who has an active coffee subscription will be automatically added into the giveaway.
4. Giveaway Period 4.1 The Giveaway will run from 07:00 GMT on 28th March 2025 until 07:00 GMT on 29th march 2025 ("Giveaway Period"). 4.2 Entries received after the Giveaway Period will not be considered.
6. Winner Selection and Notification 6.1 The winner(s) will be selected at random from all eligible entries using a random number generator within 7 days after the Giveaway Period ends. 6.2 The winner(s) will be notified via email within 48 hours of selection. 6.3 If a winner does not respond within 7 days of the notification, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.
7. Publicity 7.1 By entering the Giveaway, you consent to your name and/or social media handle being used for promotional purposes in connection with the Giveaway, unless prohibited by law.
8. Data Protection 8.1 Any personal data provided by participants will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 8.2 Data will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
9. Limitation of Liability 9.1 We accept no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, or incomplete due to technical or other reasons beyond our control. 9.2 We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred as a result of accepting the prize, except for liability which cannot be excluded by law.
10. Changes and Termination 10.1 We reserve the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the Giveaway or these Terms at any time if circumstances beyond our control make this unavoidable. 10.2 Any changes will be communicated to entrants as soon as reasonably possible.
11. Governing Law 11.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. 11.2 Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
