How we work
We want your coffee to arrive with you as fresh as possible. With that in mind, we process our orders every morning, at 6:00 am, and make up our daily roast schedule accordingly.
RAVE lead time
After we receive your order it will be roasted and dispatched on the next working day. Working days are Mon - Friday (exc bank holidays), if you order after 6:00am on Friday then it will be processed the following Monday.
Free Samples
On occasion we may include a free sample from one of our friends in your delivery as a little present. The free samples are often food and may contain certain allergens. If you have any known allergies or dietary restrictions, we kindly ask that you contact us before placing your order, so we can make a note on your account and do our best to avoid including any unsuitable samples. Please see our T&Cs for more information.
Delivery
Where do we deliver?
We deliver across the UK, including Northern Ireland, the British Isles and all BFPO (British Forces Post Office) addresses.
Free Delivery
Free delivery is sent via our standard Royal Mail Tracked 1st Class. *To qualify for this you must have spent £25 or over.
Delivery Costs
Standard delivery is sent via Royal Mail Tracked 1st Class and based on order value, see below for prices:
£0.00 - £9.00 = £2.95
£9.01 - £20.00 = £3.75
£20.01 - £24.99 = £3.95
Upgraded DX Shipping is based on order value, see below for prices:
£0.00 - £25.00 = £6.95
£25.01 and above = £5
Postal company lead times
Royal Mail 1st Class 1-2 days delivery aim
Royal Mail 2nd Class 2-3 days delivery aim
DX Express or DPD - Next Working day delivery (Mon to Fri only excluding bank holidays)
Items will be posted to the shipping address received during the checkout process. Postal times may vary outside of mainland UK.
How often do you dispatch orders?
We dispatch orders Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
Royal Mail collects from our offices twice daily, Monday to Friday. They deliver Monday to Saturday, although Saturday delivery depends on the destination and local delivery schedules.
DX collects once per day, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays), and delivers Monday to Friday only.
Parcels over 15 kg are sometimes sent via DX Express or DPD (Contact us if you require confirmation)
Returns
Change of Mind
If you've changed your mind about your purchase, you can return your item to us within 14 days of receiving it, in line with your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, complete, and returned in its original, unopened packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Please note, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your replacement or refund to the original payment method within 14 days. Original delivery charges (if applicable) are not refunded unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

Damaged or Incorrect orders
If for any reason your order is incorrect or damaged then Rave Coffee will offer a replacement or refund, please contact us to arrange the return of the goods.
