Promotional Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter: Rave Coffee Ltd, Phoenix Way, Cirencester, GL7 1QG.
2. Eligibility: This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 and over, excluding the Channel Islands and Isle of Man. Employees of Rave Coffee Ltd, their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling), and anyone professionally connected with the administration of this promotion are excluded from entry. Proof of eligibility may be required before a prize is awarded.
3. Promotional Period: The promotion begins at 07:00 GMT on Friday 28th November 2025 and ends at 23:59 GMT on Monday 1st December 2025.
4. BOGO Discount: Buy One Get One 30% Off applies automatically at checkout. The 30% discount is applied to the lowest-priced eligible item in the basket. This discount is not applicable to subscription products, gift cards, or wholesale orders.
5. Discount Restrictions: The BOGO 30% discount cannot be combined with any other promotional codes, voucher codes, or discount offers.
6. Prize Draws: Four separate daily prize draws run during the promotional period:

Friday 28th November (07:00 Friday - 07:00 Saturday): 3 winners will each receive an Espresso Bundle comprising: Sage Bambino Plus espresso machine, Varia VS3 Grinder, branded Airscape canister, and 1kg Rave Coffee.

Saturday 29th November (07:00 Saturday - 07:00 Sunday): 3 winners will each receive a Gozney Tread Pizza Oven.

Sunday 30th November (07:00 Sunday - 07:00 Monday): 3 winners will each receive a Fellow Brew Bundle comprising: Fellow Aiden Brewer, Fellow Ode Grinder, Fellow Tally Scales, branded Airscape canister, and 1kg Rave Coffee.

Monday 1st December (07:00 - 23:59 Monday): 3 winners will each receive a Custom PS5 Digital Edition console with 1kg Rave Coffee.

1. How to Enter: Entry to the prize draws is automatic upon completing a purchase on www.ravecoffee.co.uk during the promotional period. Each completed order placed within a daily draw window counts as one entry into that day's draw. Multiple orders on the same day result in multiple entries. A valid email address is required to receive winner notification.
2. Subscriber Entry: Customers with an active Rave Coffee subscription at any point during the promotional period will automatically receive one free entry into each of the four daily prize draws. This applies to existing subscribers and anyone who starts a new subscription during the promotional period. This is in addition to any entries gained through purchases made during the promotional period. One free subscriber entry per customer, per draw.
3. Winner Selection: Winners will be selected at random using a verified computer-generated random selection process. The draws will take place within 7 days of each daily draw closing. 3 winners will be selected for each day's draw (12 winners total across the promotional period).
4. Winner Notification: Winners will be notified by email within 14 days of the relevant daily draw closing. If a winner cannot be contacted after reasonable efforts, or does not respond to claim their prize within 14 days of notification, Rave Coffee reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner using the same random selection method.
5. Prize Delivery: Prizes will be delivered to winners within 30 days of prize acceptance, subject to stock availability. Delivery is to UK mainland addresses only. Winners must provide a valid delivery address. There is no charge for prize delivery.
6. Prize Conditions: Prizes are as stated, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is available. A maximum of one prize may be won per person across the entire promotional period. If the same person is drawn more than once, a replacement winner will be selected. Prizes are subject to availability. In the event a prize becomes unavailable, Rave Coffee reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value with prior notice to the winner where reasonably practicable.
7. Data Protection: Personal data provided by entrants will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy (available at www.ravecoffee.co.uk/privacy). Data will be used solely for the administration of this promotion and will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to fulfil prize delivery.
8. Publicity: Winners may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity relating to this promotion. Participation in publicity is voluntary and not a condition of receiving the prize. Winners' first names, county, and prize won may be published on Rave Coffee's website and social media channels unless the winner requests otherwise. Even where a winner opts out of public publicity, Rave Coffee may still be required to share winner details with regulatory bodies (such as the Advertising Standards Authority) upon request.
9. Winner List: A list of winners (first name and county only) will be available upon request by emailing info@ravecoffee.co.uk within 90 days of the promotion end date.
10. Liability: Rave Coffee accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, or incomplete. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rave Coffee is not liable for any loss or damage arising from acceptance of a prize. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Disqualification: Rave Coffee reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these terms, or acts in a manner that is fraudulent, dishonest, or disruptive.
12. Changes to the Promotion: Rave Coffee reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the promotion if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this unavoidable. This includes but is not limited to technical failures, fraud, or events outside Rave Coffee's control. Any changes will be communicated via www.ravecoffee.co.uk. Changes will not reduce the value of prizes already won or unfairly disadvantage entrants who have already participated.
13. General: The Promoter's decision is final in all matters relating to this promotion. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
14. Governing Law: This promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
