Black Friday / Cyber Monday. Promotional Terms and Conditions
- Promoter Information: Rave Coffee Ltd, located at Phoenix Way, Cirencester, GL7 1QG, is the promoter of this promotion.
- Eligibility: This promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 and over, except employees of Rave Coffee Ltd and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation of the competition.
- Promotional Period: The Buy One Get One 30% off promotion starts on Friday, 24th November 2023, at 00:00 and ends on Monday, 27th November 2023 at 11:59 PM.
- Applicable Products: Buy One Get One 30% off is not applicable on subscription products or gift cards.
- Promotional Period: 30% off applies to the lowest-priced item in the basket.
- Restrictions: No other codes or rewards can be used during this period
- Prize Draws: Each prize draw runs concurrently with each day: Friday 24th’s draw is Custom Rocket Espresso. Saturday 25th’s draw is the Gozney Roccbox. Sunday 26th’s draw is the Moccomaster. Monday 27th’s draw is the Sage Touch Impresss.
- How to Enter: To enter these prize draws, participants must simply make a purchase on our website during the promotional period. Internet access and a valid email address are required.
- Prizes: Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
- Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be chosen at random. The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
- General Conditions: Rave Coffee’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Data Protection and Publicity: Participants agree to the use of their name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
- Liability: Rave Coffee is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
- Changes to the Promotion: Rave Coffee reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of Rave Coffee’s control.
- Governing Law: This promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
