    DISCOVERY

    Nº 113 Timor Leste Parami

    Country: Timor-Leste
    Process: Washed
    Grown / Region: Ermera
    Altitude: 1700m - 1800m
    Varietals: Hibrido de Timor, Typica
    Producers: Smallholders of Parami Village
Tasting Notes: Raspberry, Butter Candy, Chamomile
    Roast Level: Medium 3/5

    FARM NOTES:

The producers surrounding Parami village, Motalala and Koileki neighbourhoods deliver coffee to the Atsabe wet mill for processing. Utilising a combination of drying methods - raised African beds, bamboo sheet and stackable beds - is just one example of the multiple schools of thought being harnessed here. Timor-Leste looks to be a valuable newcomer to the speciality coffee market.
