As today is International Coffee Day, we thought we'd hook you up with one of our favourite pairings. Coffee and chocolate, or in this case, high grade single estate Cacao from Willie's Cacao. If you're not familiar with it, go buy some, its a party for your taste buds. In this instance, our head barista Donovan came up with the pairing of this single estate Madagascan Gold Cacao with summer fruit notes and our naturally processed Uganda Chesiyo with plums figs and milk chocolate (served as a flat white) The two complement each other in a way that can only be described as a revelation!
