This week is UK Coffee Week!
We will be doing a number of things in store to raise money for coffee producers and their workers, stop by to find out more or read on!
This year at Rave we are offering two of our tastiest bags of coffee, The El Salvador Finca El Carmen which we are excited to have back in our roastery and the Rwanda Huye mountain lot #5228 which we previously used for competition roasting. Both will be available in store for only £4.00 per 250g, so make sure you grab your bag while you can!
A big part of UK Coffee Week is about supporting charity, this year it's all for Project Waterfall.
Currently there are thousands of communities in sub-Saharan Africa who have a daily struggle of supplying clean water to their families and Project Waterfall aim to stop this with the help of roasters, importers and YOU, the coffee drinking public.
We want to do our bit, so when you buy either of these coffees in store, we will be giving £2 per bag to Project Waterfall and if we hit our target we will help supply 21 people with sustainable clean water and sanitation. The more coffee we sell, the more families we can help.
We Will also be playing 'Guess the Origin' with £1 Entry and a 250g bag of beans to the lucky winner.
