The Coffee Gardens partner farmers grow exceptional coffees which are processed on their own micro-mill located between the hills where they farm.

Coffee Gardens was established in 2017 to prove that Uganda was able to produce speciality grade coffee with traceability and in a way that benefited the land and the farmers.

Largely utilising Kenya's own Scott Labs varietals (SL14 and SL28 in this case) These coffees are bright, juicy and vibrant; reminders that Uganda has all the right conditions, (high altitude, volcanic soils and abundant shade trees) to produce amazing coffee.

Coffee Gardens has also partnered with an agroforestry NGO (ViAgroforestry) who will provide sustainable farm management and financial literary training to the farmers as of early 2019. Coffee Gardens has also taken the steps to purify their own water on site and turn the processing waste into free fertiliser for the members.

Brew for four minutes before giving it a stir and waiting to settle. Pour through the lid rather than plunging.
