Timor-Leste looks to be a valuable newcomer to the speciality coffee market. The Atsabe mill was custom built in 2018 and uses gravity to move the coffee through the different washing stages to eradicate unnecessary handling and expensive equipment. The mill has enabled the local coffee community to come together, share knowledge, and collaborate towards their founding goal of moving the coffee quality into the speciality sector.
