Leonide Teran Carrera is a single producer based close to the town of Huaultla de Jimenez in the remote Sierra Mazateca region of Oaxaca. Leonide and his coffee are a shining example of good coffees from the Mazateca can be. Leonide has three hectares of coffee making his farm and production significantly larger than the typical producer in the region. We are committed to working with small associations in the Mazateca to open up access to the specialty market for producers big and small though regional blended lots and single producer microlots like Leonide’s.
