Tinganga Estate, or as it's known locally (Ting'ang'a Estate) is managed by Sasini Estates based in Kiambu District, Central Kenya.
Tinganga Estate covers 182 hectares and employs approximately 400 people. Sasini Estate has strict employment policies with a minimum age of 18 for all employees. They also provide housing, clean water, firewood, day care, education, security and training to all employees.
