Topics Covered - Pulling the perfect espresso shot - Milk Steaming - Free Pouring the Coffee Menu
This course takes us right back to basics. We will spend time dialling in the grinder, coffee preparation and pouring the perfect espresso shot. Once this has been mastered we will move onto milk texturing and pouring our favourite drinks from the coffee menu. You will have access to commercial machines and grinders at your disposal and all coffee and milk used during the course is included.
