Apricot, Sweet Spice & Chocolate

Sweet and complex, this decaf shows plenty of character. Dry aromas of cardamom and clove turn into sweet apricot , chocolate and citrus once brewed.

Grown: Anfilloo, Nekemte, Western Ethiopia

Altitude: 1,500-1,700m

Washing Station: Torban Cooperative Mill

Certifications: Organic, Bird Friendly

Drying: Dried on raised beds in the cherry.

Soil: Red brown, fertile and well drained

This coffee is a forest coffee from the Torban Cooperative in Anfilloo, near the border with South Sudan.

You could roast this right up to 2nd crack and have great results. Don't go too light, the colour can be deceptive
