One of the microlots we have sourced through our work with the Red Associations in Colombia.  We roast this quite light to keep it interesting and clean as a filter coffee.

NOTE: We aim to despatch all orders placed before 8am the very same day. Orders received on Fridays after 8am will be despatched the following Monday.

Grown: Buenos Aires, Risaralda

Altitude: 1,820m

Varietals: Caturra, Typica, Colombia, Castillo

Producers: Approximately 300 families

Drying: Dried on covered roofs or in greenhouses

Part of the Red Association Risaralda Group and our flagship sustainability program. This coffee is grown on around 300 hectares of land represented by 140 families based in Guatica. Through work with our partners Raw Materials and the help of Invercafe, who has handled the milling and finance for farmers, we are working to provide them a sustainable supply chain and access to the speciality coffee market.

Wait for 4 minutes, then stir the crust and replace lid.
4 minutes later decant into pre-warmed cups
