Topazio is one of my favourite varietals to be found in Brazil, and this lot does not disappoint. Smooth chocolate and subtle fruits that melt into a sweet aftertaste make this coffee an easy all day drinker.
Espresso (18g VST)
in 26 to 30 seconds
60g/Litre, steep for 4 minutes.
Stir and then wait a further 4-5 minutes for the grounds to settle.
