Am I locked into my coffee Subscription?
No, of course not. You can cancel at anytime directly from your customer portal.
Can I buy the coffee subscription as a gift?
Yes you can. On the personaliser just select "Gift", you can select the duration and when you would like it delivered.
I want my gift subscription to arrive on a specific day, how can I do this?
You are also able to select the date that you want to subscription to start on. We will do our best to despatch the coffee to arrive on this date.
I want the first delivery gift wrapped, is that something you can do for me?
Yes just select gift wrap and leave a personnel message and we'll take care of it for you.

How often will you deliver coffee?
You set the delivery schedule from every week to every three months - it's completely up to you.
Can I subscribe and save to any product
You can subscribe and save to any of our core range. We have created a subscribe and save collection so that you can view all coffees that are available for subscription.
What if I have too much coffee?
You can delay your next shipment at anytime. We will send you an e-mail before we roast your next batch of coffee so you can make any changes you like. You're in complete control.
What if I run out coffee?
You can change the frequency with which your coffee is delieverd anytime
