RAVE is pleased to announce that we have just secured, for the second year running, a Natural process Micro Lot from Nicaragua. We will still be working with the farm Finca El Bosque and this year we are lucky enough to have secured the largest and highest scoring lot!
This Natural process coffee is cupping as follows - sappy sweetness dominates the cup. Hints of super ripe strawberries and notes of orange oil. Raisins, figs and dates on the finish.
The coffee lands during August and we will update you when it hits the roastery. As always that's when the hard work starts with sample roasting, cupping and putting it through its paces with all varieties of brew methods.
